The Bulkhead faction, known simply as "Bulkhead", focuses on security and preservation of identity. The faction is seemingly monarchical, however PoehlerBehr does not take a ruling title. It was one of the first factions to be created after the server reboot.

The Quiet Period (late 2018)[]
Bulkhead was founded on the 27th of November, after PoehlerBehr took his leave from the PplsSoviet (later to become SovietIR). During this time, Bulkhead began its silent construction while anticipating the arrival of new members. Because of Bulkhead's isolation, any notable events throughout this period are unknown.
